We are an ambitious and highly motivated team from Eferding, specializing in the implementation of CMS platforms with a focus on customer experience, personalized commerce systems, individual software, ERP and CRM systems.

As a full-service digital agency, we rely on agile software development in all areas. Using SCRUM or SCRUMBAN, we implement projects for SMEs and corporations and specialize in development with Microsoft technology.

With our competent technology partners SitecoreUmbraco, Kentico and Storyblok, we are ideally equipped to successfully implement highly demanding projects of all sizes.

Play an active role in shaping the company's success by working with us to drive sales and marketing processes forward.

Job description

  • You inspire both SME and enterprise companies nationally and internationally for our digital solution concepts.
  • You will be responsible for developing new opportunities with existing customers and expanding the existing customer network in Germany and internationally.
  • You hold sales talks with potential customers on the phone or at the customer's premises.
  • Together with the pre-sales team, you will create presentations and pitch our digital solutions to customers.
  • You organize and plan various marketing campaigns with a focus on paid search, performance display and paid social campaigns.
  • You organize and moderate webinars.
  • You will attend various events related to our solution concepts.
  • Control of key figures and budgets, evaluation and presentation of KPIs, reports and analyses.
  • Qualifying leads gained through marketing campaigns for the sales team.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in customer acquisition or marketing in the digital industry.
  • High affinity for digital products and digital transformation.
  • Strong customer and service orientation as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Very good oral and written communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • High level of commitment and independent working style.
  • Dynamic, outgoing and motivated.
